This policy explains what personal data mBracket collects when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
Xiamen GoMax Import & Export Co., Ltd. operates this website and decides how the data described below is processed. Registered address: No. 435 Shangtang Road, Xiamen, Fujian, China. You can also reach us using the contact details published on our Contact page.
Enquiry form — your name, email address, phone number, company name, requirement description and any files you choose to attach. This is what we need in order to answer you. Online chat — your email address and the content of the messages you send us. Website usage — the pages you view, the time of each visit, the language version you use, the site or search engine that referred you, your IP address and your browser identification. With your consent this information is linked to a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser, so that we can see which pages an enquiry came from.
Strictly necessary — your language preference and your answer to the cookie banner. These are stored whatever you choose, because the site cannot work correctly without them, and they are not used to track you. Analytics — stored only after you press Accept. These are our own randomly generated visitor identifier and the cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. If you press Reject, none of them are stored and no analytics script is loaded at all. You can change your answer at any time at the bottom of this page.
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) for aggregate traffic statistics, and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) for session recordings and heatmaps that show us where visitors get stuck. Both providers receive your IP address and usage data and act as our processors. Neither is loaded if you refuse consent. The website usage records described above are stored in our own database and are not sold or shared with third parties.
Enquiries and chat: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics and session recording: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.
Enquiry and chat records are kept for as long as the business relationship and the applicable commercial and tax obligations require, and are deleted once they are no longer needed for that purpose. Website usage records are deleted automatically 12 months after the visit they describe. A scheduled task on our own server carries this out; no action on your part is required. Data held by Google and Microsoft is subject to their own retention rules.
mBracket is established in China. If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the personal data you provide is therefore transferred outside that area. Where the analytics services named above are used, those providers may additionally process data in the United States and other countries under the safeguards they publish, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you have the right to ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. You may also withdraw your consent to analytics at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to us using the address on our Contact page. We will respond within one month.
Questions about this policy, or any request concerning your data, can be sent to the email address published on our Contact page.
